Lost phone informed virgin mobile they have sent a new sim. I no longer require the sim have not activated it. Will this cancel the 30 day rolling contract so I do not have to pay virgin or do I need to do something else

Not activating the SIM wouldn't cancel the services - it would just de-activate the SIM card, not the account that is placed on. For that to take place you're able to reach the team on; 0345 600 0789 - they would then be able to make sure this is closed down for you. The opening hours are: Monday to Friday 8am–9pm, Saturday 8am–8pm, Sunday 8am–6pm.
