You have sent me a new sim card to my UK address and deactivated my old sim card today but due to the pandemic I'm not in the UK at the moment, although I will be returning at some point this year. I desperately need my old sim card reactivating until I can get back to the UK.

I am really sorry but if the SIM has been deactivated, I'm afraid we would not be able to do this.

Thanks Ayisha.. I had already assumed that was the case from reading other posts. I'll let my daughter activate the new sim and use it till I get home.
