I have three mobile accounts, but I am unable to view the mobile bills for two of them.
I receive the message: "We don't have any bills to show you yet. We'll send you an email or text as soon as your first bill is ready to view online."
I have used multiple browsers. These mobile accounts have existed for many years.

Sorry to hear about your issue, have you only just registered the online account? Have you been able to access the bills previously?

I haven't just registered the account - I have no idea when it was created, probably many years ago. It lists three pay monthly mobile accounts (numbers) and only one of them presents any information. The remaining two show the error when you attempt to view a bill.
I don't recall ever being able to access them.

Is there any chance; that you have another UK address you can register the other numbers to?
