When I try to sign up my don’t know my account number or my area reference it does not say on my bill also I never set a security question why is it asking for one.

I'm sorry you're having some problems setting up your online account.
Your account number and area reference number are both at the top of your bill, on your ebill notification and also on your welcome email.
Your security question is something you set up when taking out the account with us, as this is a requirement of having an account.

My account number is 10 digits long not 9 my area number dose t exists and I never set up any security questions and that’s what’s on my e bill
