Can’t sign into my virgin mobile account email address is right & password

Trying to sign into my virgin mobile account won’t work right email address & password any help would be helpful

Hi Geffas, 

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with accessing your Virgin Mobile account. Have you tried following the forgotten password link? Sometimes this will reset things to allow you to get in.

If not then we can also help to reset things here for you but in order to do that I will need to pass data protection with you.

I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks for coming back to me on this via private message. 

Going in to the system, it looks as though no Virgin Mobile account for that number has been set up. You will need to register the account first. This link will help advise you how to do that: How to register for a Virgin Mobile account
