Can't sign in

Hi, I can't sign in to my virgin mobile account online. When I try to reset the password it doesn't seem to recognise my virgin mobile number.

Thanks for your post, welcome back to the Community Forums!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble signing into your Virgin Mobile account, that is really strange. I know you have already signed up, but have you tried selecting 'register' to see if that brings up your details or allows you to create a new account? If not, please give that a go for me and let me know what result you get and we can go from there 🙂
