Can't sign in without a security question answer - but I never set one?
I recently received my free oomph SIM, in the post. I put the SIM in my phone, but need to sign in to my virgin mobile online account to be able to give my PAC code to keep my old number.
However, when trying to register my account, it asks for the answer to a security question - but I've never set one? The website then says to ring 789 if I don't know the answer to my security question - but when calling, I am greeted with automated messages offering to send me a text with the webpage to help on, but none of these are relevant.
Can someone please help me log on to my account so I can give my PAC code.
