Can’t log into my Virgin Mobile account. Reset password doesn’t work: can’t type in the confirm password box. Can’t use app chat because the update has hidden the ups box and send button. I want to see my mobile bill. I tried to get hold of virgin by phone over 30 times. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Sort this out or cancel my contracts.
