Hey,
I'm trying to access my virgin media account but I cannot login (Don't remember my password) and when I try to reset my password using the mobile number and email address on my monthly invoice i just get the "Oops that's not quite right"
I could call the support number but I'm outside the UK (£2.60/min) and if it's anything like their cancellation process I'll be on the call for hours. I was told via Twitter to make a post on this forums and somebody would reach out to do the security verification.
