Hello i am a new mobile customer and i can't register for a mobile account online it keeps asking for a security question answer. I need to register so that i can give you my PAC code as all your phone line is saying is that everywhere is closed. This is not a great start to a new contract with yourselves.
Thanks so much for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am aware of this security issue on new accounts but please do not worry! It's a nice easy problem to resolve with a bit of my help 🙂
What I need to do is go into a PM with you, and with your permission I will log into your online account on my side, then get you logged in on your side using a dummy code.
