Can't register online - no security question

I'm trying to register a Mobile SIM for a Virgin Mobile account but it's asking me for the answer to a security question. But the security question is blank. So, I am stuck. 
I understand from similar posts here that a Forum Team member needs to contact me?

I'm in a very similar boat as I couldn't create an account for this reason so I'm eagerly watching this thread.

Hey

Also unable to register account for my SIM.

Asking for answer to blank security question, called 789 but on hold for over one hour so gave up.

Any help on this forum?

Thanks for quick response.

I have tried those steps.

Just to clarify, I was sent a text message with code and on entering the code was presented with security a blank question.

I only wanted to set up an account, so I can then disable the voice mail online.

OK, I made some progress.

To change my blank Security Questions I did this:

  1. login at https://mobile.virginmedia.com
  2. clicked 'Update my Profile'
  3. *Scrolled* to 'Security Questions'
  4. Clicked 'Change'
  5. etc

A little obscure ..
