Can’t register online for mobile account

Having trouble trying to register online for a virgin mobile account, says it does not recognise my details and may need to register from scratch. I have tried this but it asks to give a security answer to a security question but there is no question actually displayed?

Hi there, 

I have a virgin media account, and my partner has a Virgin mobile sim which we’ve had for a good while but I don’t seem to have ever registered separately for a mobile account and now it won’t let me either.
