I signed up for Virgin BB and got a free SIM. Trying to register for Mobile Account and similar to lots of other people I can't get past a security question which I never set an answer to!
It's asking for my mother's maiden name but telling me it has to be 6 or more characters.
This is SO frustrating. Trying to call to get something sorted but already been on hold 20 minutes.
I can't even get onto hold again. Had to drop the call and put my old SIM back in because, well, I've got to work and am expecting calls.
Not you phone support only gives me the option to have a link to your online help.
This is so, so crap.
Every path on your dial-in support now says "to text you a link to this page". Why?
I just wanted to click and port my old number across. Aaaaaaaaarrrggggghhhhh!!!!!!!!
