I have tried to set up an account and it has asked me for the answer to my security question but the question is blank.
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties trying to get an online account set up with us. Is this for a Media or Mobile account?
You security word is generally the same password/memorable word you use over the phone to access your account.
If you have tried this already, please come back to us so we can assist you further and help get you registered.

It is for my mobile account and I am still unable to register.
I get the same message. im guessing/hoping its because my account does not come active for another 5 days !
its a bit daft asking for an answer to a security question that has never been set up ! it should just state your account is not yet active or something :rolleys:

As the services are not currently active your online account wouldn't work. as soon as you are active you should then be able to set up your account.
Useless i guess... oomph sim cards are the best things ever.
