Can’t register mobile account - no security question

Hi,

I’ve just received my sim and I’m trying to register My Account (Mobile), but it’s asking me for a security question. I haven’t set up a security question yet, and it doesn’t show a question for me to answer, so I don’t know how to open my account. I’ve tried calling customer service but I can’t get through to them.
