I can't make calls because I 'have no credit' even though my tariff has unlimited minutes - please fix this

Thanks for getting in touch, and welcome to our Forums.
Is this affecting all calls on your service or is it giving the "no credit" message when calling specific numbers? Are you able to send texts and use your data as normal?
Have you tried to reboot the device? Can you also please tell me when this issue began to occur?

It affects all calls, texts and data work fine.
I have rebooted the phone.
It has been occurring for the last couple of weeks.
