Can't login

Hi,
 
I've lost my mobile recently and have tried to log into my mobile account but have been unsuccessful, using the registered e-mail address: [REMOVED]
 
When I request a password change the code is sent to my mobile which I've lost!
 
Is there any other way I can log into my account please?  I'd like to find out if I could upgrade.

Hi there Morvenvs, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.

Sorry to see you are unable to get into your online account. If you have forgotten your details a text is sent to the phone to verify it is you requesting for the password to be reset.

When you reported this phone were the team able to send out a new sim to put into a spare phone to reset this?

Hello, 

Yes, the new sim is on its way to me.  When I get the new sim, I can put it into another phone to access my account?

Yes if you pop the new sim into another phone you can get the password reset sent so you can then access your online account.

In the meantime I will be happy to check your account to see if you are due an upgrade so you don't need to wait to find out.
