Can't login to my account

Hi

I'm trying to login to my mobile account to order a new phone, but whenever I try, I get the message

We’re sorry that you are unable to log in to Your Account at the moment.

If you have recently ordered a new Virgin Mobile phone or SIM and were super eager to get going, it might be that we are still verifying your details. This should be resolved soon, so please try again shortly.

My daughter had this exact same issue a few weeks ago and her account had to be reset.  I've not tried to login to my account for many months.  Could someone help with this please?

Hi - Having the same issue, tried PC, iPad, Mac and Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Nothing works. Frustrating as I have 4 accounts and can only access the main one from the app!

Hey @Albow and sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your online mobile account.

 

I know that you posted over a week ago, so wanted to check if you have been able to get this resolved since you originally posted?
