Can’t login to Mobile account

Just joined Virgin Mobile and very keen to start managing my account online but every time I click login all that happens is my recaptcha confirmation is lost.

I have tried across a total of 3 different devices, 4 different browsers (both in public and private modes. It is quite frustrating as I need to activate my mobile number switch as soon as possible.
