Hi,
I’m unable to log in to my virgin mobile account to switch on roaming. I have forgotten my password, but when I tried to get a new password it’s showing an error message as below.
I have tried multiple times, did all the captcha correctly, no luck with a different browser either.
Please help as I really need to log in to turn on roaming, I’m currently abroad and my phone is getting no service at all.

We can help with both the password reset and turning on data roaming after confirming some account details and completing DPA.
