I am unable to log into my mobile account I can log into my media account but it’s not recognising my email password. I need to change my number over to virgin mobile but need to log into my account first.

Sorry to hear that you have not been able to log into your online account for mobile. Have you tried a passwrd reset https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/forgetPassword

Tried this but when I put my email address and number in it says oops that wasn’t quite right
