Can't find a mobile account

Some time ago  -7years+? - my wife's Virgin PAYG was changed to a sim only account in my name at £5 a month. It has since increased to £5.50. 

I have a TV/Broadband/Phone account but can't find any trace of the sim only one. I receive monthly notifications of the payments. Searching My Accounts only brings up the package one.

How can I find the other one?

Thanks. Quite happy with the increase, just want to see the terms and conditions.

If credit expires 3 days before next cash transfer and I go to the next payment level is this a one-off or a new permanent contract?  Someone told me I can still make calls but they will be charged at the PAYG rate.

Have you tried registering for your My Virgin Mobile account here? You'll just need to know the mobile number and postcode of where the SIM is registered to sign up. Once you've created an account you'll be able to see all the account details from there
