I just got a new SIM and when I try to create my account, it asks me for the answer to a security question I haven't set up. I ordered the sim through carphone warehouse, which I gather can cause this problem. I have seen this issue a few times, but I am still not sure what I can do to fix it.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your My Virgin Mobile account, we need to set up a security question and answer for you on our end before the account can be created so don't worry, you're not the only one 🙂
