Can't add my new sim to my account

Hi,

I recentley upgrade my TV package to include the ooomph sim card as well. I already have a pay monthly sim to which my mother in law uses and it's assigned to my account.

I am trying to assign my new sim card to my account so that I can switch over my phone number as I have my PAC but it will not let me do this - it keeps coming up with you cannot add on PAYG.

I've tried to register it as well but when it asks for my mothers maiden name it says it's wrong.

Please help? I'm on the verge of attempting to call Virgin and just cancel everything!!

Hi Loobylooreeves, 

Really sorry you're having an issue adding your Oomph SIM to your account, I know you'll be keen to do this. 

It sounds like the Oomph SIM has been set up on it's own account and will need to be registered, however I can appreciate you're having trouble doing this due to the security answer. 

This is something we can easily fix and takes a few minuets, so to get the ball rolling I'll pop you a personal message and we'll take it form there.
