I am trying to log into my virgin mobile account, but since I don't have the password I am using the password reset service. I have imputed my email address and virgin mobile number as requested. But it just keeps saying
Don't really know, I don't remember creating an account, however I get several emails from you a month, including a monthly bill for £0.00. I have checked and the emails are from an official email address, and contain links to the official virgin mobile website. So I want to log into my account to try see what it is, however when I try to reset the password using the mobile number provided in the bill statements it doesn't work. All I get is the error message mentioned in the first post.
