When I attempt to access Priority on my phone, I click the Virgin Media option but it keeps telling me that I need to update ir install the latest version of Chrome or Firefox but I've got the latest version of both. Can anybody help please

We are aware of an issue which is stopping people from logging in / signing up and we are working on a fix for this ASAP.
In the meanwhile, what phone do you have and is it fully updated? Thanks
