just received my new sim card from virgin, but i cannot register in my virgin mobile. i would like to keep my old number but i cannot contact the customer support ( more than 1 h waiting) and i cannot register to be able to do it online. Please advise,

its starts to be a little frustrating having all of this issues with VM. First was with the myVM now is with the mpobile phone, and the customer support is Zero. waiting on a call for more that one hour i think is too much.
