I have received a new SIM after I lost my phone. It is saying calls are not being connected and to ring 789 which it won't let me do because the calls are not being connected.
I have gone on to network settings etc and all of that is as it should be. I have waited 24hrs from my new SIM and I have also restarted my phone.
Not sure what else to do?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I have looked into this on our system and have refreshed your profile on our network but this can take up to 24 hours to fully refresh but hopefully it will be done sooner.
