I have been with Virgin for many years. I have broadband, TV and 3 mobile accounts. For at least the 3 years I have had no access to my bills. Whenever I try a message appears saying "oops it seems that we don't have any bills for you to view " blah blah blah.
I have phoned, emailed, complained and even sought third party help. I have been passed through every dept. I have been promised that it was sorted and still nothing.
I am now ready to cancel all my accounts with Virgin unless my problem is addressed and solved.
Is there anyone in the virgin empire that can help?
