I paid the £90 outstanding mobile bill on Friday my services havent been resumed I've just checked it's now saying I have £292 outstanding why? I can't even receive calls and I'm waiting on an important call from the hospital

Can you confirm if you paid the bill with an agent? Or was this online?
If it was with an agent, did the agent confirm the service would be back on?
