Bill

I need to speak to someone at virgin to discuss a bill & get my services back on but cant get thru on the phone ? On lock down with young children & got no tv & still getting charged full amount & got no sports channels its not on ????

Thank bill & how do i get on to the live chat ? I signed in at virgin media.com & the only way on there i can speak to someone is on here ???
