Bereavement

Hi 

I have tried numerous times to talk to someone regarding my account i have 3 numbers on my account ie myself my partner and my son, unfortunately my son passed away on the 6th September 2020. My question is as my contract with you does not expire till December 2021 will i have to pay my sons part of the contract or can this be cancelled

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

I'm truly sorry to hear about your loss. If the contract is in your name then you would still have to pay it till the end of the contract period.
