Barred despite bill paid in full

My phone was barred as I had missed payment by a week.  Paid up fully on Friday and on Tuesday my calls are still barred.  My phone has been switched off several times to reset.  This is the second time this has happened.  Incoming and outgoing calls and texts are barred.
