How do I get in contact with the Back Office or the Special Resolutions Team? I have had numerous phone calls with Virgin Customer Service and they can not put me through to these departments, despite many promises that these departments will contact me.

Thank you for your reply.
As Virgin is no longer offering the Oomph SIM, they were going to set me up with a new mobile plan. Instead, they cancelled the Oomph SIM plan and did not set up a new contract. I discovered Virgin's error on the last day of my Oomph SIM plan. Virgin sent me a new SIM card with a temporary phone number and put in a request to retrieve my old phone number. I have been trying to get my old phone number back since 14/12/22. I have made multiple phone calls to Virgin and they say that I need to speak with the Back Office or the Special Resolutions Team. I just want my old phone number back and do not understand why it is taking so long for Virgin to port it to the new SIM that they sent to me.

I'm having the same issue with virgin been told the back office team are contacting me then turns out they were ringing the wrong number but it's the one on my account before I cancel all 4 my mobiles my tv board band and phone is there anyone that can help

They have being contacting Myself due to a lost phone and even thou your customer service team are telling them which number to ring they are either ringing one the kids phones on the account or my partners and not mine which is the main contact number on the account just not a virgin number as its merge over to o2 already
