Asking for a five digit account number

Hi,

I am trying to keep my same number but change network online but it is asking for a five digit account number when i have a six digit one?? Any help?

Hi,

I got an email from virgin mobile, and I want to switch my phone to virgin while keeping my current number so I followed a link emailed to me to do this. Then when I put in the account number it says incorrect when it isn't and says it should be five digits but the one i was sent is 6.

Was this a PAC code from your current provider.

If so can we ask who you are with?

I am not sure what a pac is. The code I have is the account code (it says that it is gotten by email from virgin). The code that it is asking for is the account code

Does it help putting a zero in front?

A PC code should be 6 digits

Hi Chris

No as it is the account number I need to put in. I have the account number but when I put it in it saying incorrect but this is 100% the one sent to me. It is saying this should be 5 digits. 

I am just following a link I was sent to change my nework but keep my mobile
