I have went back to home country for four months ago as my uncle passed away. And Russian Ukraine war and political uncertainities caught me up so was unable to comebak to Canada. Recently I came back and paid off my bills, but to learn my phone service was cancelled and they gave my phone number to someone else. This number has special emotional bonding with me, while being as an immigrant here in Canada, I have struggled a lot during covid but never gave up this number. And am not tech savy guy saw didnt knw what to do. Am with Virgin since 2018 and this how you treat your long term customers during this hard times. This is dissapointing and sad.
