Area Code

I am Virgin Media customer and I have issues with my land line phone (no dialling tone).

When I want to have this checked, I can only do this by signing in to "My Virgin Media".

To do this, I of course need to register first, but here an area code reference is required which I would find on my paper or e-bill, but I have never received any bill, neither by postal mail nor by E-Mail.

So what is my area code? My post code is ML39ET, if this helps...

I also tried to clarify this by phone, but I am ending up with a computer voice asking me for digits of my password which is not existing as I cannot register....see above...

What a strange "Service" is this?

I'm sorry to ehar you were having issues with your Landline service. Have these been resolved since you posted?
