Applying PAC to new contract

I'm new to VM and - having checked real signal availability at my house - now want to apply my PAC code from my old supplier.

Is there anything in the letter sent with the sim? No. Is there any help on the website? None that I can see. Is there a searchable answer in this forum? Not that I can find. I can't be the only one struggling with the absolute basics, surely?

Anyhow, can someone tell me how to apply my PAC code to my new contract, please?

Turns out that the Virgin Mobile app does not offer the full set of tools that the online accou t does.

Log in to your online account and enter the PAC code there.

Starting to wonder whether VM are aware of the experience that new customers have...

I'm afraid you're unable to use the app to port over, but this is easy enough to do on your online account. 

Have you been able to port over since your post?
