Hi I applied for a Samsung tablet with data plan and filled in all necessary details on completion I received a message saying further checks required and never heard anything back,I am a broadband customer and would like to add a data plan and tablet to my account,please advise why I wouldn't hear anything back from Virgin media mobile Thank you
