 when press this I then get the screen it can’t find me the old app had me but that disappeared can someone help

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post. 

 

We have updated our App for those customers who get both Cable and Mobile service with us; both the previous apps will now be merged into one so you can locate everything into one place rather that flit between different apps. 

 

Can you advise if the new app is allowing you to log into and view your cable services ok? Is the 1st screenshot what you see after pressing the "add virgin mobile account" button - was just a little confused by your post, I am sorry. 

 

How's things since your post earlier this week? Have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it? You can then attempt to log back in.

The app It’s still not working for mobile account and I have reinstalled it

Do you have the app on any other device or anybody else within the house hold use the app that is working fine?

No my husband has the old app still working fine for mobile mine disappeared

Sorry to ask again but can you confirm if:

You're using the new joint app? 

Can you use the two separate apps?

 

Is the new app letting you view the cable services at all? 

What happens if you click add mobile account?
