An Account fraudulently opened in my name

So around 2 weeks ago now i woke up to a couple of letters from a debt collector claiming i owe money for a couple of mobile phones from virgin.

The strange thing is i have never had virgin mobile contracts. I phoned the debt collector who gave me a few details and the address of where the accounts have been taken out is my Ex partners address.

I phoned virgin media to make them aware of what has happend and i was told that the fraud team will be intouch with me with in 24 hours. It is 2 weeks later and I still have not heard anything from them.

I want theses fraudulent accounts closed and for virgin to update there records to show that these debts and accounts show to belong to the person of who is registered as the tenat of that address.

Please could i get some help
