Amend credit file - Urgent

Hi there, I have recently signed up as a new customer. Received email to confirm order however after receiving nothing more for 2 weeks thought I’d check installation all ok for Monday and I was told there was an outstanding balance from 2007?! I have spoken to someone asking for authorisation code for payment made 13 years ago!!! Are they having a laugh?! Who keeps stuff for a year let alone 13?!! I paid the balance through a debt collection agency, Westcott? Please help!

Hi John, no I don’t, as it was 13 years ago! Bank only holds 6 years, so I can’t get it!!
