Dear Virgin Media,
When I signed up to fibre broadband part of the offer was to recieve a £100 amazon gift voucher, sadly it's been a few months and still no sign of a voucher, could you look into this please?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a gift voucher for your order. To clarify, was this purchase made directly through our website, or through a service such as BroadbandChoices, or MoneySupermarket?

Thanks for replying.
As this was part of an offer you took out through USwitch, The voucher will be sent directly from them. Have you checked back through your emails on the day you signed up to Virgin Media for instructions from USwitch on when the vouchers will be sent. It can take up to 100 days from that date for vouchers to be sent.
If a 100 days have passed and you are still yet to receive the voucher via the third party. You will need to reach out to them directly.

Apologies I have looked though my e-mails and discovered it was from 'Broadbandchoices', I have just sent them an e-mail to say i haven't received anything yet, is there anything they would need from me such as a confirmation email or order number?

Amazon gift cards are usually rewards for customers that signed up for amazon voucher offers via either Giftcloud or broadband choices, as such they should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at
customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk
and quote the following:
1.your purchase date,
2. the product/package purchased
3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]
4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)
