I joined Virgin Mobile earlier this year when there was an offer on for a £25 Amazon voucher for new customers. It said it would be sent to me after 120 days. It’s now been more like 150 and I’m still waiting. How can I get this sorted out, please?

I signed up through your website back in April. I have an email from Broadbandchoices saying I would receive an email telling me how to claim the £25 voucher after 120 days. Nothing received since that email on April 19th. I emailed Broadbandchoices and the replies are all automated and just tell me to visit their FAQ.

Sadly we cannot deal with the 3rd party provider on your behalf. You would have to deal with them directly.
