Amazon gift card

i there, I recently joined Virgin Media and in the deal it said that I would get a gift voucher for £150 to use at Amazon.

I still haven't received any email containing my voucher and would like to know when I will receive it.

Hi @Davidboote22 thanks for your post although I'm sorry you haven't received your gift card yet.

We haven't ran any direct promotions yet for the Amazon gift card so perhaps, did you sign up through an online comparison website for example, or an email marketing link?

Please provide further information on how you signed up and we'll take things from there.

It was through a compare site and it was an Amazon gift card

So because you've subscribed to us through a comparison site, we aren't responsible for the gift cards unfortunately so I'd advise that you contact the site you signed up with, or check any emails from them on the fine print, where it can advise on the timescales when they'll provide you with this.

Usually though, their timescales are around 90 days from the date of your install.
