I’m trying to make an urgent phone call but I am unable to as I get a message telling me I’ve run out of airtime and can’t be connected?

I have unlimited calls and texts which has just refreshed.

I don’t have a land line and it’s essential I’m able to make calls on my mobile.

What can I do?

Still haven’t had a resolution on this and replies from Virgin staff are sporadic at best.

I really need this sorting as I’m unable to use my phone as intended and being able to call people is essential.
