Account suspended

My card details has changed and they couldn't take my direct debit,I didn't realize and my account got suspended.

I have paid already 24 hours ago but still can't make calls.

Does anyone know how long does it take to get me reconnected?

Sorry to hear your mobile isn't working after sorting out a payment. It shouldn't take more than 24hrs so I'd like to take a look into it and see what we can do to help, please get back to me via PM (the purple envelope) and we'll take it from there.
