Hi, I moved my mobile number back in May due to issues with Wifi-calling.I assumed that would close my mobile account also.
But I have just received a personalised text saying "...thank you for calling Virgin Media, you spoke to <name was supplied> ..."
I am concerned it is a spam text or an issue on my account as I haven't called Virgin Media/Mobile since May.
Please can you let me know how I can close my online account as I no longer need it.
