Hi: I am unable to log into www.virginplus.ca to view my account info from my Windows 10 laptop. When I try it says 'Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again.' I get the same error message using Edge and Firefox browsers. Recaptcha *does* work on other websites, for example this one (community.virginmedia.com). Can anyone help?

Hi and sorry, but this forum is for Virgin Mobile UK, and is not connected to Virgin Plus in Canada.
