Account barred???!!!

Hi, my iPhone 7 account has stop working today, after checking my account online I noticed the account has be barred due to no credit. My account is paid by direct debit and I have never missed a Payment. I paid the bill for this month to try and unbar the account even though the direct debit isn’t due until July 29 but the account is still blocked!!!?? Help??

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry that your account has been barred, I can appreciate you're keen to know why. 

It's not just missing payments that can do this, it might be that you've reached your credit limit or you may have been contacted about a new SIM but not had one. 

We'll need to have a closer look into your account to get to the bottom of this so I'll pop you a message now and we'll take it from there.

Thanks for replying, I have managed to get through to customer services and sort the problem. You’re correct, my credit limit had ran out, everything is back up and running.
